Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Please ensure availability at the delivery address
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions
